Re: User Aircraft not showing
Are you connected to the sim? If so, you shouls see an arrow in the top left of the map, showing wind speed and direction.
If you don't have that, you're not connected to the simulator, and you need to connect to it. Instructions for connecting will vary depending on the simulator, but they are all detailed in the Quick Start Guide, which is in your Plan-G/Docs folder.
If you do have the wind arrow, and still cant see your aircraft, firstly make sure the map is showing your aircraft's location (set the Follow Mode to either Lock or Sync on the Home ribbon). Then if the map does not move to your aircraft within a few seconds, come back here with you log file (which you'll find in Documents/Plan-Gv4 Fales)

Adding my similar problem. Window arrow on screen, no aircraft showing. AND - when tring to create database for MSFS this runs for a few seconds and then dies/disappears. And my logfile is atttached. Thank you for offering your help, Tim.

Re: User Aircraft not showing
It looks like you're trying to connect to the sim using the Pipe protocol. This can often be unreliable, and is probably the source of your crashes. I'd recommend you use IPv4 for simplicity. There's an example of an IPv4 connection in the Quick Start Guide.
Can't comment on the database build issue, as that isn't included in the log. However your Lat/Lon suggests you're looking at the east coast of Greenland, and the database is returning 1 airport, which seems reasonable for the location.

Re: User Aircraft not showing
Thanks. It seems that building the database for MSFS doesn't include locations for the files needed by Plan-G. I will try to insert those hoping that I understand correctly what is requested.

You shouldn't need to set locations - it should figure those out automatically. If it's not, I'd like to see the log in order to find out why not.
